Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with us.

All products purchased are non-refundable and non-exchangeable except for the following conditions:

  1. Product packaging is faulty (ie. broken bottle, broken seal) upon arrival. We will replace it with a new product , therefore you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for  the said product.
  2. Kindly contact us within 2 days from the date you received the product.
  3. Submit the receipt or proof of purchase price for the product. 
  4. If refund is require, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment)
  5. The refunded amount will be reflected in your account in accordance with the terms and the timeline set out in your card issuer policies.
  6. Delivery costs or shipping fees are non-refundable.
