All products purchased are non-refundable and non-exchangeable except for the following conditions:
- Product packaging is faulty (ie. broken bottle, broken seal) upon arrival. We will replace it with a new product , therefore you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for the said product.
- Kindly contact us within 2 days from the date you received the product.
- Submit the receipt or proof of purchase price for the product.
- If refund is require, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment)
- The refunded amount will be reflected in your account in accordance with the terms and the timeline set out in your card issuer policies.
- Delivery costs or shipping fees are non-refundable.
