Payment Terms

Once you have selected a product or products that you wish to order from the website, you will then be shown the charges you must pay including taxes ,if applicable, and any applicable delivery charges.

Customer will pay for the order in full at the time of ordering. We accept payment via payment gateway (Atome or Ipay88). We shall not be liable for any credit card fraud. Please note that we do not receive cash on delivery.

Full payment in respect of an order must be made upon placing of the order. If your payment cannot be processed, the order will not be accepted.

Shipping

You will responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you have receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

NO LIABILITY

Subject to applicable law, including with respect to liability for personal injury or non-waivable statutory rights under Malaysia law, in no event shall the Company or its officers, directors, employees, shareholders or agent be liable to the user with respect to use of the sites, the content or the materials contained in or accessed through the sites.

FORCE MAJEURE

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure in delivery caused by or resulting from acts of God, flood, accident, riot, fire, war, strikes and other causes beyond our control.
